The Connecticut Cancer Partnership is a broad and diverse coalition of individuals and organizations representing
stakeholders in Connecticut's cancer community. Its overall goal is to reduce the burden of cancer (incidence, morbidity, mortality, and disability) and to improve the quality of life of people with cancer in Connecticut.
The 20014 -2017 Connecticut Cancer Plan includes sections addressing both palliative care and hospice care needs in the state. It will be published in February 2014.
