Interested in Becoming a Member or Renewing Your Membership with the Coalition?
We invite you to join us in helping residents of Connecticut have access to quality end of life care.
There are three membership categories:
- Organizational membership (up to 4 members) with annual dues of $200
- Individual membership with annual dues of $50
Student membership with annual dues of $25
Benefits of Membership:
Organizations:
Coalition mailing list; ability to post information to the resource page of the website; a discount at our educational programs and the annual meeting for up to four people from your organization; a free copy of the Coalition’s booklet “Beginning the Conversation” and an opportunity to volunteer time to the Coalition and its committees.
Individuals:
Coalition mailing list, opportunity to volunteer time, and discounts on educational programs.
If you are becoming a member for the first time, you will receive a complimentary copy of our booklet "Beginning the Conversation: About Death, Dying and End-of-Life Care in Connecticut."

Sponsorship:
There are two sponsorship categories:
Annual Partnership Sponsorship: $500
Event Sponsorship: $1000-$5000
Benefits of Sponsorship:
Partner and event sponsors will be prominently featured on Coalition materials including the website, conference materials and publications. In addition, event sponsors will receive unique recognition associated with the event they are sponsoring. All sponsors will be included on the collation mailing list, have the ability to post information to resources and events pages of the website, receive a discount on educational programs, and have the opportunity to volunteer time to Coalition and its committees.

Join A Committee!
Membership Committee:
The primary responsibility of the membership committee is to build the membership of the Coalition by identifying potential organizations and individual members.
Media/Public Relations Committee:
The primary responsibility of the media/public relations committee is to increase the Coalition's visibility in the state and to help advance sales of the Coalition's booklet: "Beginning the Conversation."
Media/Public Relations Committee:
The primary purpose of the public relations committee is to increase the Coalition’s visibility in the state. One of the first activities has been to develop the website and now the challenge is to maintain and update it.
Education Committee:
The primary purpose of the education committee is to plan and deliver two conferences based on the grant proposals accepted by the Department of Public Health.
